Dustin began serving at California Sea Grant's Russian River Salmon and Steelhead Monitoring Program in October 2021 through the Watershed Stewards Program, a national service program run through the California Conservation Corp and AmeriCorps. Dustin is a field crew member for various surveys while also working on education and outreach. He looks forward to refining his monitoring skills throughout his service term. Dustin has a bachelor degree in Marine Biology from UC Santa Cruz.
