Zac graduated from Clemson Univeristy with a B.S. in Environmental Natural Resources, Conservation Biology in 2014. After serving a season with the AmeriCorps Watershed Stewards Program, Zac has been with California Sea Grant's Russian River Salmon and Steelhead Monitoring Program since 2015. Primarily a field crew lead performing active surveys for salmonids, Zac also assists the program with PIT tag technology, GIS support, social media, outreach events, and stream reconnaissance surveys.
